At Long Last, A New Posting! :)

We finally got some sun! The boys were having a blast today splashing in the pool. They have been taking swimming lessons this week and will continue next week.

Aren't they patriotic!

Some pictures from Gabriel's 3rd Birthday. He had a Mickey Mouse theme but one of Christopher's friends was able to bring a fire engine by the house for a little fire fighting fun too.



Here is a picture from Little League day that Safeco Field. We got to walk around the field before the game. It was the first professional baseball game for all the kids. C.J. just enjoyed playing with his friend Emma. Gabriel was really into cheering for the Mariners even though they lost.

Here's the "not so professional" Mariner. Let's just say that he is glad the season is over. We will see if he is more motivated to play soccer.

I went upstairs to put Gabriel down for his nap and came back to see that C.J. had taught his wild haired sissy a new trick. She thinks sticking her tongue out is lots of fun. :)

Surprise!!! We are going to Disneyland!

The boys didn't know we were planning a trip. The morning that we left we all dressed in Disney attire and told them that we were going to use our imaginations and pretend we were going to Disneyland. The boys have been imagining going on trips lately, packing their suitcases and saying they are going to Africa, etc. so we played it off by saying we were going to pretend to go to Disneyland. We headed out for the airport to watch some planes take off and then we said we were going to go to the Disney store. Here is some of C.J.'s reaction to finding out the truth.
